Questions
Is this an engineer's inspection?
No. Snagrecord is a tool for you to record what you see. It doesn't replace a civil engineer — but if you hire one, your record makes their job faster and cheaper.
Is the PDF legally binding?
It's your own dated record with photos — exactly what a lawyer would ask for if it ever comes to that. It is not legal advice and doesn't replace a lawyer.
Does my developer need an account?
No. You send them a PDF or a link. They can mark items "fixed" without logging in — but only you verify.
Does it work for a house or villa?
Yes, rooms are yours to define. We start with apartments because that's 80% of new builds in Cyprus.
What about my data?
Photos and details stay on EU servers, visible only to you and whoever has your link. Deleted whenever you ask. GDPR.
